A grants site I returned to repeatedly over two years, including a focused accessibility remediation pass.

I built a content grid that accepts multiple post types in a single block instance, a featured image caption component, and grant topper fields with rounded-corner and aspect-ratio options wired into theme.json. The accessibility pass closed a full audit's worth of findings: insufficient touch target size and spacing, focusable descendants trapped inside aria-hidden elements, links without a discernible name, stray tabindex usage, and inert applied to the site search. I also ran a performance pass that moved card images onto lazy loading with right-sized attachment files.
